Product Description:

The R744 refrigerant charging kit is used with R744 liquid CO2 suitable for use on transcritical and subcritical systems. The charging kit comes complete with needle valve, safety relief valve, purge valve, pressure gauges and 5m hose assembly. It is packaged in a plastic case with foam insert for protection of the equipment when not in use.

How to Use:

* Ensure that the filling connection tool is intact and leak-free.

* Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and ensure that the operating environment is well ventilated.

* Before connecting the tool, ensure that the refrigeration system is turned off and the power is disconnected.

* Connect the high-pressure hose of the filling connection tool to the high-pressure filling port of the refrigeration system

* Connect the vacuum pump (if applicable): Connect the vacuum pump to the manual vacuum valve of the tool.

* Slowly open the manual vacuum valve and start to extract air and moisture from the system.

* Observe the reading of the vacuum gauge to ensure that the vacuum degree in the system reaches the level recommended by the manufacturer.

* When the vacuum degree reaches the required level, close the manual vacuum valve and disconnect the vacuum pump.

* Ensure that the R744 refrigerant tank is connected and the pressure is appropriate.

* Slowly open the manual high-pressure valve and start to charge the R744 refrigerant into the system.

* Observe the reading of the high-pressure gauge to ensure that the pressure in the system gradually rises and stabilizes at the level recommended by the manufacturer.

* When the refrigerant is filled, close the manual high-pressure valve.

* Disconnect and ensure that there are no leaks at the connection point.

* Restart the refrigeration system and check its operating status.
